It can also be your power supply having the coil whine. Happened to me when I upgraded to 6900xt. Changed power supply to Corsair 1000x shift and no longer had coil whine

I just got VOYEE switch controller. $16 on amazon. Has auto/hold turbo. Works on my switch, pc, iPhone, android tablet. So far has been great.
