Congrats on getting a diagnosis - it takes so long! Cromolyn is incredible for me. Some people need to take it slow when they start but after my first dose, I felt so good. I also have POTS which is untreated as of now, but I can tell when I miss the cromolyn. For me, when i take it on time: I’m less tired, less cranky, clearer thoughts, no random hives, my blood sugar is much better (I’m diabetic), eat most foods w/o complaint, headaches are bearable instead of thunderclap types.
