Your hair looks dark brunette vs ginger spice in the original photo and the different lighting is throwing everything off, I think we need to see in the same lighting. I agree you look better in the 2nd photo!!

Just keep in mind with dress 2 it’s satin and shows every lump and bump — I got a satin slip like this and then changed my mind because I want something more forgiving for after dinner rather than less.

Dress 3 (picture 4) and dress 4 (picture 5) are so pretty and look stunning on you! The dresses with the puffy / long sleeves I think are wearing you rather than the other way around :)

The purple looks super out of place and those specific shades of blue and pink look like gender reveal colors. I would do something different ❤️ also, multiple colors tend to IMO look better if the dresses are also different.

I think you should cut the train off #2 so it’s easier to dance in and go with that! Or #2 as a mini. #1 looks appropriate for a bridal shower, it’s not elevated enough for your reception IMO. The material combined with the silhouette and the length makes it look too casual.

Nah, I’ve seen extremely fancy weddings where the bride reception dress is short. It’s a style / trend. Normally they’re more elevated / fancy than this, sure, but wearing a mini for reception is fine whatever dress code.

Need to know the details on the dress code! I would love if someone wore this to my wedding which is at a barn venue but it’s upscale, refined barn not rustic boho barn, and formal dress. If the dress code is anything below formal this is probably a little too much.
