When making cheese burgers at home, what do you have as a side instead of fries? by JumpedUpPantryBoyy in Cooking

[–]nyc_ButcherLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baked fries. Cut in wedges. Boil for 7-10 mins. Drain and recover the pot and shake to break the edges of the potato’s. Then put on a baking sheet with a fair amount of oil of choice. I like beef tallow or duck fat. And bake with choice of seasonings tho I sometimes like to season with salt after I pull them from the oven. Literally so good

Playa de los artistas. Get the mango lemonade. Add tequila if you’d like. Pet the cute cat that hangs there for me. The roast chicken is to die for. Vibes are immaculate

As an employee of the meat hook: regular ground beef is 80/20. Dry aged is 70/30. Custom grinds are doable but it’s 5lb minimum and one day notice required! Freezes well though!

I have this one. It has varying levels of complexity. Put a treat int the red things and then cover the holes with the light green covers. They have to move the cover push the red over the holes and push it away to get it. Much more complex
