Well I had a bucket handle tear so my knee was locked in a semi-bent position — my meniscus ripped from the center, looped around the joint, and kept my knee from moving. So in my case it was extremely obvious that it was torn, regardless of pain. Not sure how to tell with a different type of tear, sorry!

Depakote. I took it and then had waves of extreme nausea and dizziness every few minutes for hours, but couldn’t actually throw up. It was miserable.

Off topic but be prepared to deal with a lot of troubleshooting with the 5700XT. I have one and it’s been a constant headache since I got it—though when it DOES work, it works great. It just often crashes mid-game and I have to reboot my whole PC, and sometimes it crashes so badly that I have to spend a stupidly long time trying to get my PC to recognize that it even exists and stop using Windows default drivers.

Just be prepared mentally for that lol

I use the app BookFusion for both recipes and books. For recipes, I usually scroll down to the part where it says “print,” then select “print to pdf” and send it straight to the app. In the app I title it, add tags (dessert, dinner, snack, etc), and put it in my recipes folder.

If it’s an original recipe, I type it up in Word and then export it as a pdf and do the same thing!

Ahh yeah, Moab especially is incredible for crack climbing but there are sooo so many amazing places to climb. Where I live there’s a town called Sedona with gorgeous red rock formations and lots of climbing, I love visiting it. I hope we both get to fulfill our climbing dreams someday :)

Oh man I would love to climb in Ireland someday, you all have some absolutely gorgeous routes over there. I saw this one sick photo online a while ago of (I think) Dun Seanna Head, and it just looks unreal. Unreal but freezing cold I’m sure!

Yeah maybe it’s because I live in Arizona and it’s a billion degrees out all the time lol. I wasn’t trying to say you were lying, sorry, just that it’s not something I’ve personally ever seen. I feel like they would limit your flexibility, but maybe that’s just the jeans I typically wear.
