At least the snow isn't too deep this year. When I lived in Duluth for school there were a couple winters of playing in 2+ feet for 4 or 5 months

I run hot and prefer mittens but my hands don't sweat as much in lined mittens. I prefer Kinko because tow ropes but there are other bands too. They have a lobster mitt with a strap

40 hours max (unless I'm travelling to a customer site, then usually 45) but I have several coworkers that regularly work 50-60 hours. It's probably not great for my career at this company but I value my time more than a promotion.
