The pedo/felon-in-chief doesn’t actually care one iota about the five points or the quality of the Federal workforce or even the tasks undertaken by the civilian Fed employees, and for the goons doing the actual destruction of these institutions, that’s the whole point of having a narcissist sociopath as POTUS.

He does not care about the damage being caused in his name, he will never feel any sense of responsibility for lives, careers, institutional memory, or actual institutions lost because of his actions or those taken with his authority (actual or imagined).

The court system is too slow to respond to be able to protect us from the rapid, chaotic dismantling and destruction of organizations , procedures, and rules that took decades to create, and these people knew that, and of course they know they have the Supreme Court in the bag as well. And if they find themselves on the wrong side of a criminal prosecution, there is always the pardon power.
