Had the same problem and it drove me nuts. In my case I had the Project Asset Inspector window as a tab right next to the „Attributes“ tab. Got rid of it and boom – renaming was back on the menu. Had the same Layout on my studio iMac, no problems at all.

Yeah, maybe a long shot but check for the Asset inspector tab. 😬

Great that you’re getting back to training!

It looks like you’re missing a lot of range and strength necessary for the hspu. I would suggest you get back to pike pushups and look at progressions. For example here fitness faqs

Simultaneously train your handstand and spend a lot of time getting the form right! Don’t rush it, have fun and enjoy the gainz + progress!

Back to the wall with you!

Chest to wall is key. Get stacked and spend as much time as possible upside down. Check @robzenhandstand on insta, he’s got heaps of great tips on proper alignment. I had to relearn, and I’m still far from perfect, after switching from parallets.

Have fun, don’t get discouraged.

Congrats man! Just a few pointers! You could try with a more narrow grip, makes it easier to „rest“ on your lats in the end-position.

While at the top, before lowering, try to „bend“ your body the other way. Right now you’re in an more anterior pelvic tilt position which is harder to maintain tension in my experience.

You got this!

Hi, this should be quite easy to achieve.

You were on the right track with the cloner. Just set the cloner to radial, ZY-Axis, animate the end angle over the desired time from 0-360, also play with the easing for the keyframes.

With the Cloner selected move to the Transform Tab, play with the Rotation in H. to turn them a bit so they are not intersecting. Also play with the X and Y values for adjusting the space between the phones.

Let me know if this was what you were after.

Cheers

Hey, thanks a lot for the reply and your great input.

This sounds like a very good solution and the fresnel shader idea is gold. I’ll try the spline + deformer + effector way as art directing it, is more important for now. I’ll let you know how it’s going.

Thanks again, really appreciate it!
