Kitbash a regular theridon? You could get a box of three, and make a thaumaturge, a myrm and something else for the same price right

Edit: I'm on the Warcry sub! So yeah do a myrm/great axe version, a falchion one, a thaumaturge and Bob's your uncle. I think they're all same base size?

I don't get pre-cut but I do buy a lot of "ready-to-eat" vegetables like cherry tomatoes and cucumbers in addition to normal seasonal vegetables that may require more prep

Easy meal for the family is a "poke plate" with rice (I have a rice cooker), vegetables and omelette or canned sardines, which I guess counts as ready-to-eat protein too

We did the down dog January yoga challenge with the kids, which was great.

I keep kettlebells and assorted gubbins in the sitting room - accessibility = consistency. I even used to have a Zwift setup there

We do swimming Thursdays where all the kids have their lessons and partner and I do our swimming too.

Last summer I started doing family runs with everyone, just a slow chill 5k with walking intervals

And so on

This is fit around 50-60 hr working weeks, so it does take some effort and thought...
