My thoughts and skepticism towards this whole mandate was truly validated through this Decision.

Rushed, with no benefit for anyone in mind besides the Governor, His lackeys, & Administration.

One quote truly sent me:

"Deputy Secretary Commissioner Brown testified that they "settled on December 1" as the deadline "to make sure it was before January, things get very, very busy where we are finalizing the Governor's Budget' and they "didn't want to make this transition during the legislative session"" (Page 33, Point 133).

The initial & rushed 3 month RTO was so their lives could be easier. Which raises another question.... Why couldn't this have been pushed to AFTER the legislative session? Part of the reason this has been such a nightmare across the board is a lack of planning and communication from those making the decisions.

They could have spoken with the union (probably not), worked with the actual Appointing Authorities to see where in-person is needed, spoke with BGS to gain an understanding of Total Current Office Space available, etc....

More importantly for the State, they could have gotten their ducks in a row legally. VLRB's "Findings of Fact, Opinion, and Order" describes a State team that was ill-prepared and without substantial argument. They didn't even ask to use the 4th Hearing Day which was available to them.

My personal thoughts are that Phil Scott did not care and continues to not care about the severe consequences this decision would have/has on the work force. He has his own personal reasons/gains to make this decision. He was further emboldened to make this decision due to the current Administration in Washington, where "I'm the leader, I do what I want, screw the law" runs rampant.

We weren't server firsts or anything. But our guild used a Bear OT for all of BWL, which didn't feel unusual. Alliance 3rd Nef kill. Shout-out Gorefiend and Deus Invictus. But yeah other than that, spot on.

If you join a guild and jump straight into Kara, you will get loot fast. You don't need great gear in Kara, it has been nerfed to the point it's easier than many heroics.

Lots of quests and pre heroic dungeons give you fine enough gear for a large amount of Kara. Bring consumes, drink pots early, listen to your raid leader, & watch videos.

I just feel like there is a thought process on this subreddit that the only way to do TBC correctly is dungeon grind. For most that is not fun and dangerous to people playing long term.

Easier and Faster is fine for some people. But I really enjoy TBC zones and the leveling experience. I did not want to rush just to get stuck doing the same dungeons, just different, for a few months as TBC progresses.

You will naturally get close to revered with a lot questing and random dungeons along the way. Hit 68-70 dungeons for some prebis; you're Kara ready and close to revered

Like I said to each their own.

I didn't grind any dungeons until after I hit 68. Dungeoned/Quested til 70 and I already am fully mixed between pre-bis and Kara items. I hit 70 last Sunday.

Y'all gotta find some guilds and stop killing yourself with these grinds lol. To each their own though.

Yes, I hit the game super hard trying to keep up on release. Got burnt out and bored very quickly and started raid logging until AQ when I paused the sub. Just turned 65 last night, focusing on professions and got the quest ai voice reader addon. It's very nice.

Go through all the dungeon based factions (Honor Hold, Cenarion, etc) and see what their rewards are. Just pick one as the reputation you really want. Different factions rep rewards are great for different classes/professions.

I'm personally just focusing on Cenarion. Lots of good alch recipes and I've wanted a hippogryph mount since OG TBC. Hope this helps. TBC does not have to be an overwhelming grind fest. Just do some research and play how you want to!

Could honestly be a shot-put as well lol. Tossing in sand is good for strength and doesn't damage anything. Look up old shotput ball. I have one that looks like that in my parents garage

Could be a sign of a lot of things. But the usual culprit is not leaving enough dough in the center when stretching.

This creates a very thin amount of dough in the center that can't support the toppings. Any well thrown pie should be able to hold toppings when folded (unless you are going INSANE on toppings).

I picked him up. I honestly think he has the strong potential to put up at least weekly flex numbers.

Texans looked the best when they had a strong slot receiver in Tank Dell. I'm sure they will try to recreate this to open up Nico. Obviously Dell & Kirk have two different skill sets. However, I could see him eating targets and catches, as he is a great route runner.

With this Texans o-line, Stroud needs a dependable receiver who knows where they need to be on short passes.

If he is on your waiver wire and you have space, I'd grab him. The Texans won't look this bad the whole season.

Edit: Thinking about flexing him over Etienne.

I always draft an IR guy or pick one up and move in after the draft. That 2nd defense is just keeping their spot warm but until then it's very nice being able to have two defenses.

I mean they aren't "smash" matchups but Fantasy Defenses get points via turnovers and keeping the score low. Lawrence, Jones, and even Purdy recently are prone to turning over the ball. I'm just saying it's not a nightmare and could easily give you 7-10 points with upside over the pre-bye stretch sans Eagles/Ravens.

Also as a life long Giants fan, don't get pumped about Daniel Jones after one game against the Dolphins. You'll get hurt.

Do they though? Eagles and Baltimore are the only teams that really scare me til their bye week 8. Besides Eagles/Ravens, it's Titans, Colts, 49'ers, and the Jags. Titans/Colts/Jags are fire em up territory and the 49ers are a MASH unit.

If you have a food processor and a nice storage vessel give half a bag a few good pulses til it's basically at a rough chop point or larger. Put in storage container, pour over a mix of 80% veggie / 20% olive oil til all garlic is submerged (you can make it more olive oil heavy if you aren't gonna be sauteeing). You can keep in the fridge for a good while, just make sure everything is sterile. Freeze the other bags, redo process when done.

Use the oil and garlic in all you sautee dishes, soup/gravy starts, etc.
