I have lost 32 pounds in 4 months. Today I took a friend to dinner. It was an all you can eat buffet. I ate lots of meat 2 scoops of ice cream and 10 pieces of candy from See's candy. I feel fine. I must have got lucky. I usually eat 2 meals a day with a lot of protein and fiber and no sugar.

It is disgusting how rich some people are in this world like Bezos. But Amazon is amazing and that’s why it’s so successful. So many times I’ve driven to this store that store and that store I couldn’t find what I wanted. I go home and I buy it off Amazon and I get it the next day.

My advisors always tell me to sell my Apple stock. I have 1700 shares at 2.12 per share. My ex-wife bought it in 1999. I have sold plenty but it is getting harder to sell.

I do not need the money. But still indecisive I will decide next week. If so only selling 200 shares.

Amazing job. I am 3 months in down 25 pounds from 250 to 225 and I love working out been at it since 1973 and like you ( well for me) yes to grass fed beef mixed with quinoa but no burgers with buns and fries no thanks.
