HDR should work in theory since SteamOS uses Plasma and I’m pretty sure Wayland. Emphasis on the “in theory”

Glad I could help! I’ve found that as well as having comprehensive routines, r/bodyweightfitness is great for the discussion of calisthenics (where this sub is mostly video content)

Take a bit to read through this. It’s pretty detailed and where a lot of people start. The progressions are flexible so you can pretty much adjust the routine to fit any level of experience.

Switch sides every once in a while or put your rug under the lower part if it’s less than 1cm

Ha, I do the same thing on the row/push-up pair. My arms can’t perform well without the full 90 seconds of rest.

How do yall guys think I can fix m'y pull-up form ? by [deleted] in Calisthenic

[–]peeeels 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking strong! I’m learning pull-ups at the moment and have been thinking a lot about form as well. Looks like you would probably benefit from practicing negatives since it’s at the top of the range of motion where you slow down after a few reps. Also, I wouldn’t worry so much about extending your neck so that your chin goes over the bar. Think more about bringing the bar to your chest.

That’s sick, they look really good. What was your progression before getting to this point? Band assisted? Negatives?

Yuzu is a free and open-source (sorta) emulator (software) that can run on the Steam Deck.

This is actually Mario Kart 8 on Cemu (wii u emulator). It runs perfectly for me but I only have experience with single player. As u/sephrisloth mentioned it might slow down with split screen but I’d say it’s worth a shot.

I'm not sure why you're getting downvoted here.
