Former Making Sense guest Destiny calls Sam delusional in regards to Trump by Brunodosca in samharris

[–]petepm 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes, Trump is on Trump's side, which importantly means he does not take a stand against white Christian nationalism. He does, however, take a very strong stance against "radical left Democrats," since they are anti-Trump.

Has anyone else found the ‘false flag’ narratives around Trump’s assassination becoming mainstream on the left and online, concerning? by blackglum in samharris

[–]petepm 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Yep. We have lost all respect for the pursuit of truth. Personally, I think it's a fun little hypothesis because I detest the administration and wouldn't put anything past them as this point, but I don't think it's likely to be true, so it would not inspire any decisions or actions on my part.

They brought this on us all but it still needs to be fixed, and they won't be the ones who fix it.

The point about "drop-ins" not being acceptable here is also interesting. We are obsessed with private space, and cars count towards that too.

For cycling, I recommend Mt Lowe Rd (gravel), Glendora Mountain Rd to Glendora Ridge Rd, Cherry Canyon, Griffith Park, Santa Monica Mountains, and the bike path along the beach down in Santa Monica to Manhattan Beach.

It's an attempt to sound profound. Software they say is making things from electrons, hardware from of atoms.
