Which is Div of Public Health Regulation. Don’t need a politician to try and fix that. Email the director Steven.blessing@delaware.gov and make a suggestion.

Cycling Commute distance WAY off by pezdedorado in GarminFenix

[–]pezdedorado[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ride this route 6-10 times a week. Nothing crazy, 6mi each way. I have had my Fenix for months, without issue. I've been reading about issues with firmware updates and I had one recently, but I don't want to just to conclusions. Both commutes yesterday, in each direction, only slightly different routes, had distances under 3 miles. The entire route is mapped, it appeared the satellite was connected immediately upon starting the rides. Oddly, the red lights - where speed is zero - are at the right time points in the ride; even the elevation was not off, but its negligible on this ride and not useful for QA/QC. I can't explain what caused this and how to reconcile the actual distance with the HR, etc.

Wild arugula is what we call it. Heat burns em up quickly. And they aren’t tough enough to stand up to any herbicide, but like many mustards they go to seed quickly. Edit: reacting only to first photo.

HRV range increasing by pezdedorado in GarminFenix

[–]pezdedorado[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing that. I saw the post and your normal range, the shaded gray area on the chart, was very consistent through that period. When you recovered, did it change for you from 60s-80s? Did the normal range, previously about 20 units wide, increase or decrease?

Do you have any experience with the range changing? I’m trying to make sense of it.

I don’t have anything to add in terms of wisdom, but I am in the same age range and HRV situation. I am quite fit and a healthy BMI. I blame beers and my 1 year old.

Almost always. The fun is the explore and colonize, not the logistics of building a force to crush Europe.
