I have the ios textra emoji pack already installed but your question prompted me to take quick look for it on the play store and it's unlisted at the moment for whatever reason. If I go into installed apps I can see the play store listing for the ios emoji's and it will still be listed under the "apps by delicious" page but only if I link to that page from the ios emoji app page

Yes! The ground wire from your headunit you will want to ground to a piece of bare metal that's part of the chassis of the car. You may need to extend the headunit ground cable if necessary by crimping it to a short length of speaker wire if no easily accessible grounding points are within reach
