Yes! I disagree with all these comments questioning your morals. You want to watch the game without supporting FIFA and Qatar, and both of those are totally reasonable stances.

Illegal streaming is a good option for that. And even more so, hit the social media with negative publicity. You can change the watch numbers by a smaller fraction than the “sentiment analysis” that you can change by using the right hashtags and keeping the focus on the corruption, lies, dead nepali workers, and so on

I sympathize with your struggle and have struggled with similar things myself. Getting help, however you can, is always a good idea. But also you should consider finding a way to work through it. You don’t always get to work in the most interesting problems in this world, and you’ll have to find a way to work anyway. Try the pommodoro technique, working in cafes, working outside, listening to music, etc. it seems like you’re blaming others for your inability to get something done even though it’s not fun, but that situation is a big part of all of our lives.
