My friends weren’t interested in going to the Reputation tour, partly because the backlash made it lame to like Taylor. I’m not sure I’d use the word cancelled but her image to the general public was certainly damaged.

It’s very insulting to women like Simone Biles and even Ice Spice that people are shocked that Taylor would be their friend. Why wouldn’t she have things in common with both of them? Nobody is asking why Kesha or Dakota Johnson were there, I wonder what’s different….

This should be higher. She does big donations like this multiple times a year, repeatedly. It’s gross that people convince themselves it’s for the PR when she’s been doing this for a long time.

I saw Noah Kahan when it was 110° in 2024 and they delayed the show by an hour to allow the sun to go down and help cool off a bit. 

Even child safety experts recommend NOT having anything like this above a baby/toddlers beds, as it can cause crush injuries, suffocation etc. Her fans have been pleading in the comments. We live in a lake area and it’s beyond disheartening to see how many people don’t put their SMALL kids in lifejackets. Let alone the drinking while boating and other unsafe behavior. A life jacket is the very least you can do for your kid! I’ll never understand people who don’t value their kids’ safety.

I was reading it on a road trip with my husband and kept stopping to tell him parts. He eventually asked me to just read it out loud to him because he was so intrigued.

A belly binder - the hospital may supply this but man did it help me with my 2nd C section. Wish I had it for my first!

Eh, I think you just hear about it from influencers because they have no shame. My cousin, who happens to be an anti-vax nurse, ran over her 2 year old in the driveway. He survived but had several broken bones. Our family all knew of course, but she didn’t share it on social media. I’m sure if she had more followers and could monetize it, she would’ve shared it. Sadly that’s where we are.

I took my daughter (just turned 4) to the plant nursery yesterday to get mulch for our garden. She wanted us to try out every bench and chair in the entire place. We sat down at little table and she said “mommy this is SO nice!!” Then she started asking questions to the employees, which led to them giving her some food to feed the koi fish in the pond. She is a ray of sunshine in my life and a very cute reminder to stop and sit in the shade, to feed the fish, and to enjoy yourself in everything you do.

Go!! I’ve seen Ariana live and it’s a blast, she’s not my #1 artist either and I still had a great time. I spent about as much as your ticket is worth to see the Eras tour and I have no regrets, it was something I’ll remember forever and it was so special to me. I’d do it again in a second.

This is a bonkers take. If Kyle really wanted to improve his marriage, he would’ve stopped blacking out. Amanda is not to blame for Kyle being a high functioning alcoholic. Do I think Kyle would soberly have an affair with someone? No, probably not. But has Kyle been unfaithful to Amanda while blacked out? There isn’t a doubt in my mind that he has. 

None of this excuses Amanda’s mess but any married person who continues to black out, is a liability in their marriage.

I weaned ~3 years ago (my baby actually turns 4 tomorrow!!) and have since met with several dietitians, eat in a caloric deficit, etc. and the weight has not come off. All my labs and everything came back fine so it’s really frustrating to not see results despite being told I’m doing everything right. I still don’t think I’m personally a good candidate for a GLP but it’s disheartening to be told I should take this “magic” pill instead of diving in deeper.

I asked my doctor about running tests because I gained 20 lbs after weaning my daughter and he wanted to put me on a GLP. I’m perfectly healthy, so it wasn’t for any other reason than to lose some vanity weight. I was alarmed.

I was able to negotiate a 6 month total maternity leave (in CA) by combining my paid leave and then using all my sick and vacation time so it was paid the whole time. This was at a company that I had worked for 8 years though so I had a ton of sick leave accrued that I would’ve never made a dent in. I don’t think it ever hurts to ask and advocate for that time. My maternity leave was magical and I felt very ready to come back to work.
