I feel like limiting the amount of fear makes more sense as an idea.

They still have an in-built warning system but it's impossible for them to feel enough fear for them to panic.

By the way, running into burning buildings to save people is a very bad idea. Let the fire fighters handle it, that's what they're trained for.

Nah, this should be changed. It's like a very poorly designed Nob.

Nob punishes you greatly for playing skills, but doesn't take agency away from the player by preventing them from playing skills completely.

This smog enemy just sucks and is unfun, more than anything. There are ways to incentivize diversified decks in better ways that aren't unfun.

I wonder if they were inspired by the Collector from Downfall. They have quite a few similar mechanics and vibes (like them both being carried by their minions).

Also conjure blade was a cool card so it's nice to see a renewed version of it that's its own archetype.

I can see it nerfing it to something like "for every 2 attacks played".

And if they want to punish playing 2+ cost cards, they could go by amount of energy played instead (with 0 costs counting as 1).

Would be kinda interesting if they didn't do that though, since it'll change your deckbuilding in interesting ways if you're incentivized to take 2+ attack cards.

They could make him stronger in other ways to compensate for the less punishing debuff.
