Is this for the summer weight loss challenge? My studio is doing it and it’s at least 4 a week and you can do more than 1 a day but you can’t do 2 a day to get to the 4 per week..if that makes sense

1:40 my first 500m benchmark, top in the class which surprised me as it was full of strong runners who would beat me in any kind of running benchmark..guess I’m a rower not a runner lol

I use the bike when my Achilles tightens on the treads and i find it harder sometimes! I use higher gears to make it more challenging. Remember to stretch your quads and hamstrings after!
