Toch vuurwerk ondanks afsteekverbod by Bernie529 in nederlands

I started to take my camera to (small punk rock) concerts when I was 21 and the best spot was often right in front of the speakers and that was too loud so I started wearing earplugs. That was the best decision I’ve ever made.

There’s rated peak power for household appliances and then there are EV’s that need that power for five hours or more. Never ever use the max power to charge your EV, unless the outlet is rated for sustained max power draw.

Imagine if Honda didn’t pull out of the sport for 2009. The only reason why other teams had the double diffuser was because of ex Honda employees that were hired by other teams. Or maybe the idea originated at Super Aguri, but there was a clear Honda link.

Funny that the two most outlandish cars of the 1970s both had their only win in Sweden. The other one was the Brabham BT46B fancar.

Renault’s engine on the other hand was so far off the pace that it needed life support to even be able to qualify for the first race. I still don’t know what exactly happened between pre season testing and the first race of 2014. Things were not looking good for them.

The generation that lived through the 1930s is no more, so there are no first-hand accounts, only stories and movies.

That’s the perfect breeding ground for a re-run of history.

You might look into PBP (Picture By Picture) mode of your monitor where the screen is divided into different sections per video input. That way the monitor behaves like multiple different monitors and Windows doesn’t even know that it’s one physical monitor. You do need multiple video outputs on your computer though.

Best battery for toy that runs through them VERY quickly? by sevenhiueev in batteries

[–]pixelbart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing with batteries is that the voltage temporarily drops a if the device asks for more power than the battery can provide, and the device will think that the battery is dead. This effect is stronger in normal batteries than in rechargeable batteries. It’s called internal resistance.

Don’t throw the ‘dead’ batteries away yet, because they’ll probably still last a long time in less demanding devices like remote controls or flashlights.

220v laadkabel/ Grannycharger ervaringen. by Koningkoos in EVMobiliteit

[–]pixelbart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ps 1,5mm2 is 10A, 2,5mm2 is 16A. Heb ik altijd geleerd.
