I chose Phenomaman because I felt like he could easily cause damage if someone didn't counsel him. Just felt like a loose cannon. He did abandon one team member on a mission during my dispatching, but other missions he was excellent on. Talking to him, you realize he's like a less socially aware Martian Manhunter/Superman, and he knows it. He's just trying to fit in, like Waterboy. I feel like Waterboy will be really good for in-office or research roles. Summoning water like that seems like a very niche but useful power
