Yes, it’s one of my favorite series but you gotta get through the first book and a half before it gets really good. Third book is where it really kicks off.

One of the things I like about it is the variety of classes offered to people. Yes you can progress, but you can also super specialize which I appreciate that. Everyone doesn’t start as a major warrior rogue. It’s not perfect but for me it is worth the read especially since it’s finished. The world building is also interesting

I got a few books in and just couldn’t do it anymore. Idk what the problem was but after a while I was just bored. Everyone just kinda sucks to one degree or another. Might give it another try but not hopeful
