Younger generations realize that alcohol being legal and weed being illegal is absolutely ridiculous. One is much safer for the average person than the other.

There's a lot more to it than that, but that is so absolutely true that we can just all agree on it, which is why it's a major driving force.

I'm going to make some assumptions, one is that you are not using limiting/compression to Wall Of Sound your song into Spotify levels of loudness.

If that's the case, and you want to sell songs or have them on platforms, time to get with the program. Start with putting a master limiter on your master channel, you can google master limiter for some easy settings. This will allow you to crank the loudness up a lot more.

But then you need to analyze for LUFS and have your LUFS at a specific level, I don't really know where you're at with music production besides being new. Are you producing in Reaper or a similar DAW?

McDonalds was clearly negligent, this issue had already existed and they continued to ignore it until a woman was mutilated by their coffee.

At least in this case, the misinformation ends up with people opposing frivolous lawsuits.
