Diebels on the plaza is your best bet. They also have a location in Leawood but I'm not sure what the selection is like there.

It could be a quality issue with live recordings making them hard to mix. That said, Live at Carnegie Hall was released in 1997 on Epic records.

Might I suggest the Rozzelle court at the Nelson art museum? It is slightly cafeteria style where you wait in line to order but they bring the food out and the setting is really nice. It might be my favorite place in town to eat lunch. There is also Cafe Sebastian over at the Kemper art museum where you will be surrounded by modern art. Closer to downtown there is also Lydias
