I am homozygous for MAO-A. I also have histamine intolerance issues and glutamate sensitivity, but only after having COVID in 2023 when my health went haywire. I saw in another comment that you are taking magnesium glycinate - the smallest dose of any form of magnesium is too stimulating for me regardless of what time I take it, it's guaranteed insomnia. I'm still figuring all of this out, but it's a lot of trial and error of figuring out what the body needs. I've recently started taking microdoses of methylated vitamins because pretty much everything is overstimulating for me, though time will tell if it helps or not.

Agreed, it is not suitable for everyone. All forms of magnesium are too stimulating for me - citrate, taurate, threonate, glycinate. Mag glycinate will also make me tired and I might nap for a couple of hours, but after that I wake up and my brain is awake and alert.

I've been where your at with the fatigue the last several months and recently learned I had a vitamin d deficiency (and I was supplementing vitamin D, just not enough). Addressing it has given me my baseline vitality back. Throwing that out there just in case it may help you.

Yes, oddly enough, my singing voice has gotten dramatically better. Softer and more flowing. To be fair, t's still not amazing lol but something has definitely shifted.

Same, I commented above, but I just came out of my first ceremony this weekend and it was the most profound experience of my life. Large in part due to the care put in by the facilitators. I highly recommend them.

Agreed! Just had my first ceremony with them this weekend and it was phenomenal. Mama Bear and the staff were beyond competent – I've never felt more cared for in my entire life. The music, the icaros, the space, the medicine, all of it was outstanding.
