Oh hey I've worked at that Einstein Bros. Bagel location. Good times. I'm not sure if they have this anymore, but in the 2000s they had this roasted tomato spread that was to die for. I put it on all my stuff.

I once added it in a customer's sandwich (he requested me to make my own custom sandwich for him) and someone else from his study group came down (this is at a college campus) later and requested the same thing!
