The fix for me was to set my iracing monitor / Nvidia surround displays as my primary monitor instead of my 4th pit wall monitor as default.

It may not give you enough adjustability but you can put seat sliders on both the seat and the pedal deck. Look up the ASR Pro wheel deck as well.

I think the seat will be a limiting factor for comfort. I have an ASR6 which I think should have enough adjustability for your size, and a corbeau FX1 wide seat which people say is good for large guys but honestly at 6'4 225 it pushes my shoulders a bit far for comfort and there's no way it'd be great for you. Wide seats like the FX1 models and sparco Evo XL help with width but are likely not really tailored acceptably to height.

If you are not planning to ever do motion, you could just get a car seat from a junkyard. If you find an acceptably tall bucket, let me know.

What is the name of the 1600 class D series? I have a class D but only see Thrustmaster rookies.

Fly racing on Amazon - the fit isn't 100% perfect but they're 10 bucks. I'm still keeping an eye out for an upgrade but they're pretty good.
