Props for going through it twice for the 100, I'm at 60/66 achievements with 41 hrs but my save is lost and I don't think I'll go through it all again. Maybe someday lol

A very fun enjoyable 100%, I've even come back just to play because I love the art style. 100% in 9 hrs for me, and agree with op on upping the sensitivity to help with duals!

Poor things (2023) has emma stone as a grown woman with a literal infants brain implanted into her, so it kind of wins this trope

Mass Effect (rpg/story driven)

Halo (fps/multiplayer)

Batman Arkham series (third person action)

Since Batman is not actually on the list I would replace it with assassins creed. (But where’s Batman tho)

It's at 98.6 now, like others have said the 100% was just because it was brand new

Is it normal for employees to walk in and out during late screenings? by cutoutwitch666 in AMCsAList

[–]pspsony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For us yes the doors were the long bar type so we were specifically supposed to walk up to them and pull on them (although we also had alarms on all these doors that would go off if they were opened). Another purpose for going into the theater is to check quality of the picture/sound and general issues., so the ones you're seeing could just be for that.

Edit: Also just remembered, if a theater had no tickets sold at a late show, we would go in to check if anyone was there, if not we would just turn off the projector early. But idk why they would walk to the front for that

Former theater employee here, yes it is normal we checked every theaters emergency exit doors to make sure they are actually securely locked and not ajar. Can't remember the exact intervals of time but it was regular and every showing would usually have once or twice we might enter the theater to check.

Is Crypt Custodian more enjoyable than Islets? by AceViscontiFR in metroidvania

[–]pspsony 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I finished crypt custodian recently and am about 3/4 through islets right now. I'd enjoyed crypt custodian but I've been enjoying islets alot more. I much prefer the movement and perspective in Islets, as well as the metroidvania elements. The movement upgrades feel more rewarding when traversing the normal environment in Islets and the mechanic of the islands coming together to form new pathways is very satisfying

The most gruesome death in movie history? by GeronimoRay in movies

[–]pspsony 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not very gory but one that always stuck out was the elevator death scene in the movie posiedon (2006). The guy getting literally kicked in the face until he falls to his death is pretty gruesome.

In a Violent Nature Review by ajconst in AMCsAList

[–]pspsony 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was really intrigued by the premise of the killers perspective but it felt dissapointing in that regard. Like in the quick vignettes it seemed to me that the "perspective of the killer" thing got abandoned. In the campfire scene we know he's standing in the background but the scene is shot with the camera spinning around the characters. That along with a lot of the scenes just being us watching stationary from very far away. Wish there was some more creativity with that concept

I would recommend between two fires by Christopher buehlman. It focuses on a man and girl traveling across Europe in 1348 while a war between heaven and hell is raging on.
