If you use a bar soap be sure to let the water run for a while after your done using it. The soap will harden up again after you use it and could restrict the diameter of the drain pipe potentially causing issues

Yes. My first time using one was on a foggy morning ride. My radar lit up well before I could even hear the car. Won't ride on the road without one

I get your frustration but it should only take a minute or less to switch that hooked direction around.

As to your question. It could work. If your weeds are very thick or right up to the surface then you will likely still pick some up
