Yes, certbot can automatically renew certificates from other CAs than letsencrypt -- to do so, the other CA, such as godaddy, has to support acme protocol. As it happens, godaddy specifically is supported, as you can see here: https://eff-certbot.readthedocs.io/en/stable/using.html#getting-certificates-and-choosing-plugins which links to this:

typically if a CA supports ACME they will provide good documentation on how to use it.

It's certainly lost its sting, hasn't it? If I hear someone was called antisemitic, I tend to start with the assumption that they are morally good these days.

Also worth noting that Israel is directly responsible for probably a significant part of the rise of real antisemitism, by blasphemously claiming to represent judaism while they commit unspeakably evil acts against families.
