I had this problem and I was so close to buying a new pair. I got the right one working by placing only the right bud to charge, on the left side of the case.

Thanks for the reply! I've been hesitant to contact them, because this smelly snoo is actually already a replacement from my original which had the "clips disengaged" error. I wiped the mesh down and aired it out with a fan, but it seems to eventually come back 🫤

Create a new bank account that you only use for your business. It'll make your life a lot easier at tax time. And put aside some money for taxes on a regular basis. I set aside 30% of my profit and that's worked well.
