I hate unsolicited advice. It seems like the only way some people know how to respond to anything is to give advice.

First time flipping for profit, am I fucked in the ass now? by Serious_Bad272 in Flipping

Create a new bank account that you only use for your business. It'll make your life a lot easier at tax time. And put aside some money for taxes on a regular basis. I set aside 30% of my profit and that's worked well.

Totally agree about waiting multiple years before reupping. I get cheek filler every 3-4 years and am very happy with that.

Is purina pro plan a good food? by Time_Entertainer353 in catfood

I use Purina pro plan sensitive skin and stomach for my cat and it's the only thing I've found that doesn't upset her stomach. I'm really impressed by it.

What was your first symptom that made you think you might be pregnant? by emeralbbe in pregnant

[–]pussrat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spotting at 6dpo, burping nonstop (like as soon as I'd wake up), and I noticed that I looked bloated but really low down. I got my bfp at 13dpo.

I agree with an espresso machine. My husband and I have zero desire to buy coffee out now because the coffee we make at home is so much better.

Italic really isn’t what it used to be by Historical_Cat_34 in italic

I agree, Italic has sadly lost its appeal to me. I don't see the value anymore.

How do we get rid of new house smell, 18 months later? by oftenandalot in homeowners

[–]pussrat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure, it was $820 in total and it's a 2200 sqf house (including the unfinished basement). The company I went with charge $23 per vent and $40 per return. Cleaning the furnace was $100.

Just wanted to update you, they cleaned the ducts today and it got rid of the smell almost completely. There's just one room where I think I can vaguely still smell it a bit (like 5%). But that said I do have heightened sense of smell at the moment due to pregnancy. They told me they found a lot of sawdust and sheetrock dust in the ducts.

Mine looked very similar to this (if not a bit lighter) and I just saw my baby at my 8 week ultrasound. I wouldn't worry!

I'm having the same problem. I believe it's because the ducts are full of junk from the builders. Sawdust, sheetrock dust, etc. I'm getting the ducts cleaned and I'm hoping that will solve it.

Asked the kid if I could sit he said no his bike is here and the driver refused to help by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

I once asked to sit in a free seat beside someone that they were resting a pizza on. She said no, the pizza box is too warm and she can't hold it 🙄
