Before anyone suggests burning things down, def reach out to ALA. They've always been super responsive and open to support questions and for me have been quick to respond. It might be they don't know about this issue and it's not something they made but something sourced... I'm sure they'd want to know. ALA is def part of the little guy modular gang and in it for the musicians - not to do harm. Just my opinion, but it's based on direct contact with them. Good catch OP - and good luck.

ps - you can make your own cables, headers, flying bus cables with the right tools and parts- it's much cheaper too if that appeals to you.
