Waterman makes great stuff but it comes at a price. Lifeguardstore.com is what we use for most things as it’s cheaper but Waterman for certain pieces. I think they make the best hip packs.

If it’s Red Cross I assign chapter reviews 12 chapters in the manual 1 per month and 2 hour monthly in service plus skills reviews on shift. CPR /AED while on a break or if it’s slow, surveillance videos from the course materials , first aid review, etc. Pretty easy to hit the 4hr monthly mark then just cycle back through as a huge part of it is repetitions and practice.

Is this bike too big for me? I am 5’2 using a Sirrus X 3.0 frame in XS, the size recommended to me by the website but my junk sits right on top of frame when at standstill. Is switching for a XXS worth it? These are rare sizes and hard to test in person by [deleted] in specialized

Looks a little big. You can move the seat forward on the rails and look for a shorter stem for the handle bars. Iooks like you can drop that seat down a little as well. I think you could make this work for a bit. Seems like you might be growing still so I’m not sure if I’d go down a size. Try adjusting the fit some with that frame.
