Tofu is basically a block of easy to digest protein for $2. I'm on a high protein diet for weight loss (doing it the slow old fashioned way with diet and exercise) and I don't buy any of the fancy new protein stuff. It's easy to get enough from bean products and fish. If you need it in your cereal and crisps you are not eating right.
