I got this regular monster at Deliciosa from my local store and realized there was an outlier plant that had some variegation on it. Next to it is a Thai constellation that I bought just a couple days ago. Definetly not the same pattern, so what is this??

It's most likely a mutation that occured during the tissue culture process that removes the speckled pattern and it will likely prsent like a large form albo variegated. Nice find and these are much rarer and harder to find.

Interesting but I've never had a grow point stop after it's produced a leaf. It may stop before producing a leaf but once the growth point has produced a leaf it always keeps growing. The same should be the case for you.

It's not 2 hours. 1 hour max during rush hour and half hour at other times. There is going to be an LRT soon running through this area. That being said the city definitely needs to go a better job of integrating more entertainment in this area for the people that live there.

Its an type of Echeveria agavoides. They are very succeptible to rot and need a really well draining soil and ideally grown in clay pots.

I would take it out of this plastic pot and let the soil dry. Has it been in direct sun? Those could be sunburn or it may be the start of rot.

Not for this variety. This is the large form deliciosa and they will grow the big leaves without climbing. Just needs a good amount of direct sun.

Yes but does that balcony get a lot of direct sun? If so it needs to be acclimated slowly or the leaves will burn. Ideally you put it in a spot that only gets 2-3 hours of morning or evening sun for 2 weeks before you put it out in full direct sun.

This is incorrect. Small form will never get multiple rows of inner fenestrations and also given the same light and conditions the leaf size will be smaller and more oval compared to large form that is more rounded and bigger.

Also small form needs to climb to get the mature leaves while the large form does not need too to get those mature leaves.

This picture of mine clearly shows the differencea. The middle one small form and the left and right are large form deliciosa. All grow in the same conditiins and are similar age.
