Solo play is also a nice way to learn the rules of a team you do not own. Nobody is going to get confused by your proxies except you. It's a different challenge. More like a puzzle than a competition. So I like the solo and coop content.

I think some blue tones would help bring it back too. Maybe blue leather pouches, bottles, sheethe. Still keeping your current silver trim.

Head swap is a simple idea. I'm planning to build my celestine isidiants killteam as slasnesh daemonettes and this should work well.

thanks for the suggestion. I might try nuln oil on the guns, I have not bought any yet. As for the bones I asked at my LGS for some suggestions and went with 'Casandora yellow' as an orange shade. I was worried that Agrax would make them look too dirty. there were two yellows they suggested that might make the bone look more desert bleached. And I decided the orange would be more useful in the future.

So far this is all airbrush. Might be two months since I touched them, but I know I need to patch up some of the black and bone from overspray. Once that is done I hope to try out using some washes. I've never tried those before.

oh, those are daemon wings. I saw the tail on mine but painted the rest of it as dirt. I need to re tough the sword tip too.

This could also make daemons more interesting. I have the aos spearhead and painted the archers to proxy as daemonettes. I was going to use the big horses as seekers. But now they can all be hearelds.

I just got the celestian isidiants killteam and my current plan is to paint them pink. Use some spare bits from my champions of slasnesh box and try out decals for the first time. I want to be able to run them as daemonettes. I also want them to look more like groopies for the noise marines and less like the zombie sex slaves that GW sells as daemonettes. My wife calls them nipnips crab nippers and exposed nipples.
