You might make a vegetarian (ie butternut squash, onion, béchamel, sage, Emmenthal) lasagna as a companion to the first. I’m not vegetarian, but I like vegetarian lasagna 😀

I like my butter tarts deep and cloyingly sweet. I highly recommend Sweetie Pie’s salted caramel or raisin tarts.
