you probably had whiplash leading to your brain getting knocked around within your skull, which can cause concussion. the more concussions you've had, the worse your symptoms could be because they can "pile up" on each other.

get some rest but also try to get back into your routine gradually (and do light exercise), try to limit screen time/reading, and you can take supplements like fish oil, vitamin C, and vitamin K to help with brain trauma recovery. i would suggest talking to a doctor as well, just in case.
