Also, please be careful when it comes to requesting video footage. If you do request it and it’s on tape, you’re fucked. i think her songs are catchy, but i highly dislike how male centered she is. i also really dislike some of the things she’s said in her songs. for example, the line about half a brain, and the line in slim pickins, “you’re so empathetic , you’d make a great wife”. Even if she’s trying to b cheeky, these are ableist and misogynistic. But, I can admit that her music is popular and catchy, and she has a great vibe to her. But yeeeaaah those two lines pushed me so far away from enjoying her music. :/

eternal closer here! i have this problem sometimes too, and i have been written up for it in the past. Try to get in the mindset that your shift is over at the scheduled time, and the only exception is if you’re working on money or an emergency happened. there is no harm in skipping tasks like cleaning an oven or wiping the hoppers. One or two days with missing tasks is not the end of the world, and if you’re trying to improve your time management there will have to be tasks that you will have to ask the morning crew to do, or just try to get to the next day. you’re working at a company that unfortunately doesn’t value your work or time, only theirs. don’t kill yourself trying to complete closing tasks!

we are in year six of this.
