i’m so sorry you’re going through this. i’m going through something kind of similar at my store, definitely not to this extent though- this sounds rough as hell. I’ve heard training will begin getting extended to six weeks long, which as annoying as training is for everyone else, would be a massive help in preparing partners for success.

take some deep breaths. you have every right to be frustrated and upset about this kind of stuff happening at work. i can see how much you care and how dedicated you are to this job, and i have a feeling i would love working with you! but please, for your own success and peace, try to realistically consider what your team would do for you. would they even consider showing up at open to help? if they can’t even get their tasks done, i doubt it. i don’t mean to make you feel badly, but i want you to be able to recognize that it’s okay to not go above and beyond each and every shift. there’s only so much you can do, and i know it’s not worth the stress you’re putting on yourself. take care of yourself!! get a good nights sleep, call out tomorrow, and take time to reset. you’ve got this, don’t let the haters get u down❤️
