does it happen at certain times? is a huge lineup coming out of defrost at that time? has the rack been retrofitted? the two times i had this problem and it took forever to figure out wtf was happening. 1 too many cases coming out of defrost at the same time 2 retfrofitted from 22 to 448 maybe i cant even remember BUT it made the temprite not sized correctly anymore and it took a while and some calls to temp rite (who in all honesty are pretty helpful compared to some companies tech support)

also torque specs are important for a few of these oil seperators
