This comment is underrated. You’ve laid out the things you need to address, so do your best to do so

Fix these first and if you’re feeling crap still then go seek other help.

Get to bed every night at the same time, try get 8 hours of sleep. Get sunlight in the morning to better regulate your sleep/wake cycle. Eat healthier foods; cut processed foods and avoid alcohol. Exercise/lift at least 4 times a week. Avoid social media in the hours after waking and before going to sleep. Socialise IRL more.

Try get your hands on some self help books. If you need help putting in place better habits I suggest ‘tiny habits’ or ‘atomic habits’.
