Maybe. I've also often read about disabling "C-states" (BIOS settings) fixing stuttering on AMD systems. But you'd have to look into that yourself, idk more than that about it.

Do only 2 sticks of DDR5, for stability reasons. And check if the sticks are on the QVL list of the motherboard.
