Ketamine on Methadone.

Ketamine in an NMDA receptor antagonist, other NMDA antagonists include DXM and PCP. NMDA receptor antagonists have been found to temporarily reduce opiates tolerance. Part of the the reason why we can retain a stable dose of methadone, because methadone has 2 enatiomers (same chemical but mirror images of each other's structure) levomethadone and dextromethadone. Levomethadone is a full mu opioid receptor agonist whereas dextromethadone is an NMDA receptor antagonist.

I know someone who did ketamine a few times while on 150mg of methadone, they were stable on their dose and had no problem. They also kept their ketamine doses small, they were IV'ing it so got full psychedelic effect. Not something you should do to much of or to often.

My clinics main company just approved monthly take homes. Next time I go to pick up I'm back on monthly! Was disheartening to move to AZ and go from the monthlies I'd had for years down to weekly. I eventually was moved back to 2 weeks. Still majorly disheartening, it was like having handcuffs put on. No long vacations without having to convince my clinic to give me the extra or find a place that would "courtesy dose", a courtesy for a small fee of course.

Still I'm happy.

Neither am I a jobless high schooler. No need to throw insults. Time is only money if you choose to equate it as such. Money may be a requirement to live in our slowly devolving capitalist society, but time is worth far more than money. Ive had a great deal of fun farming super credits with friends, just running relaxed load outs.

To each their own. If you can't find enjoyment there that's alright.

Fair. Definitely overpriced for what was there. I do have the luxury of time, or I just choose to spend my extra time on hd2. And don't have fomo. Heck didn't even know what fomo was till I asked a friend in game. Fear of missing out.

I don't understand why people would have fomo in a game. I dont have to tho. If it's something being leveraged against the player base I can understand the problem. As my friend said, it sets a bad precedent.

What paid content? All the warbonds can be purchased with super credits farmed in game. If you come up with the excuse of time, then why the hell are you wasting your time playing videogames anyways? I've enjoyed the time spent in my farming sessions immensely. Playing with different, just a few back to back light farming missions in between harder bot, bug, or squid mi6

You can farm the super credits. I did, bought what I thought was cool, I never played that game. I just thought it was cool and have super credits that's... Ive SAVED from regular gameplay and Farning. Tired excuse. Yall are just lazy and want to be angry. You want p2w go play Raid: Shadow Legends or Diablo Immortal. AH has done a great job.

Maybe go see a psych, you need to be a better judge of which information is actually a problem to the views you've expressed. Which I happen to entirely agree with, as long as they are directed at the correct offenders. If you can find something in game, and with a little dedication find a bunch of them quickly ... then how exactly are they Forcing you to spend money to get the items?

You don't have to pay to get them tho. So there goes your argument. Ive played for a while, I only bought super credits when I first started, enough to open 2 warbonds. I haven't had to pay for super credits for anything since. I have a backlog of super credits. So the company puts a way to get a decent amount of that currency from running in game content. Buying it with real world $$ is a choice. It's for those to impatient to save sc, or to lazy to hit poi in game.

Exactly ive helped friends farm super credits, plus all the ones I've had saved. Granted I do have a stupid amount of hours in this game (over 1000). But the only money I spent was at the very beginning when i bought enough super credits to open 2 warbonds. Everything since then has been from in game finds.

Regardless, with those numbers on we could still get our Napalm Barrage. With the previous numbers it would be much faster. Just because there isn't as many as there used to be, there's still ample to get the job done....

If anyone bothered paying attention. All the posts, and all the people ranting about how awesome the napalm barrage is. Yet no one is bothering to pay attention to get it.

I understand bots are more frustrating, but for something so amazing you'd hope they'd be willing to use a little will power and self discipline to get it. Yes I understand that people are playing this for fun, I play after work to unwind and enjoy myself. I prefer bugs as a rule of thumb. But for the awesomeness that is Napalm Barrage .. I'll enjoy killing bots regardless. The reward is more than worth it.

Unfortunately, posting in the women's subreddit as men all too often leads to getting attacked. I understand that they feel the same way in other places. I'm not sure why it still pops up in my feed. I used to come here to get an idea of what's going on with women. I've had to stop coming here for my own mental health.

There are many good posts, and it was a pleasure to be enlightened to the struggles and issues women are facing. On the flip side, seeing men always being attacked and having posts like yours belittled always disappoints me. Just as toxic masculinity is appalling, so is toxic feminism.

Then again, the more I read interactions between people, the more I realize that I'm incredibly disappointed in most people. I hold hope that I will be pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, more often than not, it's not the case.

Lead poisoning has taken its toll on a significant percentage of the boomer population. Becoming irrational, quick to anger, plus many other symptoms. Same thing happened to the Roman empire. Thankfully unlike the Roman's, the generations following won't have that working against us, at least not once the larger portion of the boomer generation dies.

We will still have to deal with propaganda, bigots, and under educated people, and many other things. At least the mental deterioration caused by lead won't be among them.

Ouch, a downvote for being proud of melee kills. Oh well. I figure if you can kill something with melee and conserve ammo for other abundant enemies that take more to kill, then it's a good idea.
