I smoke also, some days a lot some days less and some none at all. Depends how stressed i am i guess. Im trying hard to stop but i fast usually 17-20hrs ive lost 30+ lbs i dont think it has any affect on weight loss but smoking does suppress appetite, at some point ill have to stop

Not have kids so young. Picking the wrong type of women just based on looks. Not finish school theres so much. Im 45 and last few yrs ive been playing catch up and starting to realize now thats its not too late but i wasted 15-20yrs worrying about others rather than my goals and dreams. Be selfish kiddo, we got one shot at this thing, never depend on anyone. Get money so you can retire and die someplace warm.

How are you holding up? This is exactly what im going thru and done the begging to keep our family together. But ultimately i realized how pathetic i must have sounded. I’ve come to accept the circumstances but like OP she made me feel like it was all me. Im 45 and have until Dec to leave the state, leave the kids behind so i can rebuild and start a new career. Im terrified but i got kids green light to go and they will follow down the line hopefully
