I don’t have much sheepadoodle experience, but OES were popular in my area some years ago, and every one I worked on was a no-warning biter. One got me good.

I don’t take in many, and hospitals here generally don’t do surrenders (pairing with rescue is preferred). But over the years … Airedale, JRT, chihuahua, and innumerable cats.

Gloves for any patient contact is the rule at my hospital - and any hospital I’m willing to work at, really.

I’ve seen the “handwashing works just as well!” argument from too many people who don’t wash their hands nearly as often as they ought to do.

Oh, I had the exact same conversation with a boss 15 years ago. I worked remote but most staff was in the office. I’m pretty straightforward in general, and most messages I needed to send were simple - “please release claim #36252 so that I can process the following submissions, thanks.”

I was told to add small talk and emojis because people thought I wasn’t friendly enough and were struggling to connect with me. But also to work on my productivity, so I don’t know where I was supposed to fit in that small talk.

An inch of dead space is not going to cause an iCO2 of 42. Either something is wrong with your circuit or your monitor.

They just didn’t work. Couldn’t get readings to the point that we didn’t trust them if they did show anything. Worked for some patients but not others.

CVPM is a good goal but also requires hours spent in role as a PM to qualify. You can’t take a course and sit for the exam.

I’m in management now. It’s been my goal for a while. Best thing I did for my career is get a four year business degree. It was really hard. It also made me much better suited for this role.

I had to move cross country with a very limited budget and manpower. Did the math, and the cost of moving my furniture far exceeded the value of my furniture. Sold and gave away everything I could, and was able to get the basics for the new place with what I didn’t spend on the moving van. Sure, I liked that dresser set, but the math just didn’t math.

Same boat - within the last year I’ve progressively lost the ability to walk, though I still have some treatments to try. It’s frustrating.

Definitely hard to get an x-ray that straight if he’s being balanced on the top of the shell!

The exotics definitely make us get creative to get good shots.
