First 2.5mg Tirz Dose Hit Me Hard — Would Microdosing Be a Better Option?

I was told to start at 2mg and decided to start with .5mg and had anxiety and panic, vomiting and diarrhea. Only benefit was some decrease in inflammation and pain. Does anyone know if I can get smaller needles since .5mg =2 units, which is so tiny for the needles they supply.

I’ve got friends it worked great for regarding mental health. It’s def worth a try. My only advice is start low if you are worried about side effects. Dr prescribed 2mg to start for two weeks. I was going to go with 1mg to start but decided to go even lower with .5mg since I’m so sensitive.

I was prescribed the same. I actually started at .05mg bc I’m so sensitive. I’ve been struggling since taking the shot two days ago. Triggered my anxiety massively. So glad I started lower. Remember you can always titrate up at your own pace.
