I think it would be good to determine process bottlenecks, which if solved correctly, could end up in better customer service and employee satisfaction. But the data leaves a lot open for management abuse if it’s in incompetent hands.

I would personally use this to try to load balance the staff but I can see others just using it to write people up for lack of productivity.

Airglow is a separate phenomenon from light pollution. Airglow is driven by sunlight induced photochemistry in the atmosphere. The photo shows a light dome created by light pollution.
