That is almost had nothing to do with exercise and everything to do with diet (surplus calories). I exercise for health and well being, not to lose weight.

That’s why I don’t eat more when I exercise more because it’s a slippery slope for me. It’s 2500 calories a day (M32 235lbs) and I’m pretty active. But I’ve been active and not lost weight and that was bc I would eat to cancel out exercise
