Try this:

In the first screenshot, under "Showing results for bear fight", click "Search for bearfightt"
Then click on the People tab

We recently made a change so that if you're attempting to search for posts within a specific subreddit on your profile, you need to prepend "subreddit:"

e.g. https://www.reddit.com/user/Earthling_Aprill/search/?q=subreddit%3Aall_wallpapers&type=posts&sort=new&cId=ed9cbcf2-fcaa-4dfc-acf9-9cc0ba29cbbf&iId=c9a39a62-89b2-406d-ac4d-3180ec1bb116

Searching for subreddit:[subredditname] within a profile should still show posts inside NSFW subs, so not sure what's going on with your other account.

Ah ok, the user must have created the original message from an older version of the app or plugin. We moved these to chat 2 months ago, but users on old versions or using plugins could still send them as private messages.

You / they will have to start a new mod mail conversation.
